Quote: You have supported a hate post: "More power to you Algarve for saying what a lot of people think"
No, just giving him a thumbs up for saying what he thinks and not rolling over because everyone ganged up on him, what I think is written in the posts.

Quote: Your misspelled quote which I actually referred to was "your really a crryyyyy", the one from 'Animals'
You may want to check out any live version of Pigs (Three different ones) (the first verse also more than applies to you) from the 1977 tour,
"your nearly a laugh, but you really a crrrrryyyyy" (or should it be crieeeeeeeieeeeeeeee (sir)
just as David Gilmour launches into a blistering guitar solo, on most shows Waters would shout a number,41, 1, etc, that would correspond to each show (that was recorded by the band) or which surfaced on a bootleg, could easily be identified by the number, same on the 1994 Division Bell tour where the lyrics to Run Like hell would be adjusted to "We're gonna send you back to (relevant city instead of Mother) in a cardboard box)"

Thanks for the support, mate.
And don't be intimidated by that 24 carat twat WZR, who is surely the most condescending twit to have ever registered a post on here.
Just because he can spell, doesn't make his point any more valid.
Indeed, his complete ignorance and misunderstanding of almost every point raised is almost hilarious, such is his pig-headed stupidity.
ps Surely Floyd IMPROVED once Barrett departed, or should I revisit their earlier recordings?!

"Kyla Cole is hot
So was David Gilmour in his younger days."
Nikky Blond is hotter
So was Syd Barrett in his younger days.
Happy Birthday mate and congrats on the Chrimbo' bonus, it's been a good year for you lads. Don't spend it all at once.

Do not worry Algarve, I myself recieved little education, however all my life I have been a musician and producer and continue to earn a good living from it, I didn,t need any O or anything else levels to achieve this, bickering about grammer and punctuation is the pastime of the non creative arsehole.
your point is made whether the grammer is right or not, and while we are on about quotes...
Fuck em.
Lizard (xmas2006) have a good one.

Very well put Warren Zevon Zip!
I think his rant is because his Charlton Athletic team are so rubbish.
See you next season in the Championship, losers!
Daffyd was the only gay in the village but the way Charlton are going perhaps he will be the only fan at the Valley!!!!

There isn't much pre Syd's departure mate, save for the stunning The Piper at the gates of dawn album, (Try and pick up the limited mono version on cd, as this is how it was intended and the stereo mix differs coniderably as does the second album A Saucerful of secrets) as for live performaces with Syd, very few exist, I've a couple, but even the first gen tapes are very average, the couple of sessions they did for the BBC in 67 exist in reasonable quality though, as do a lot of tv appearances, including the legendary Dick Clarks Bandstand performance with Syd sadly staring blankly into the camera with his "Obligitory Hendrix perm" I never intended for my screen name to be Arnold Layne lol, I've a poster on my wall of the first single release and it was the first thing I saw when setting up an e mail address, and it's kinda stuck, as for post Barret live recordings, thousands mate literally, if your interested I can drop you some links to some on line trading communities, or if you have a slow connection send you some truly classic performances.
!drink!
