Millbank was Labour HQ up until around 2 yrs ago, and often still jokingly referred to in the present tense by many through its embodiment of what was so nauseus about New Labour. All very Millbank etc.... Then again, saying you're working class and claiming not to have heard of it rings horribly true. It's probably mutual.
