So perhaps she isn't a journo.
Real outbreak of paranoia at the moment.

I think men find it really difficult beacause in one breath you are a sexy porn star and also "their partner" so ner, ner, na, ner ner to everyone else, and yet in another breath you are THEIR partner and fucking someone else.

to me, I agree with faye, Work sex is just that -SEX, sex with a partner is making love, fucking, etc etc it has all the emotion.

I think people look at the whole industry with too much depth saometimes, we are all essentially the same as actors and actresses, and yes its great to enjoy what you do and get into it, at the end of the day you put your knickers back on drive home and become "You" again,
The you who has to pay bills, cook dinner, gets ill sometimes, get spots etc etc

This is bloody ridiculous.

This is a forum. People ask questions. Live with it. And here's a shocker: some people on this site don't use their real names! Gasp! Some people don't tell the truth about themselves! No!

Say nowt and there's nowt to say. The question was a fair one. The reaction of some of the porn-industry members is hilarious. 'Ooooh, my private life's been violated by a nasty 'journalist'. ' Purrrrrrlease!

Well maybe a post saying

"I am researching to write an article on people in the adult industry and the effect it has on their private lives, I am looking for partners, husband and wife's views on how they feel about their partner being involved in the porn industry"

Would have been better.

You don't have to be a journalist to write articles.

By the way, I am a journalist. But before you start hyperventilating: my specialisms are Dutch company and tax laws. I cannot and shall not use anything that is being published here.
