Instead of posting self righteous drivel I suggest you try reading my original post again it's actually not a million miles away from from what you wrote:
"The DCMA is NOT enforceable worldwide. It is enforceable ONLY against US citizens, persons residing in the US, or companies with assets held in the US. The only reason you get any response is because either the individiual is based in the US or more often than not their host is."
Should I wish to nick your content (which I don't) then you cannot touch me with the DCMA. Only any US based service that facilitated me.
I am a UK citizen subject to only UK law and proud of it!

i might be wrong here...im not a lawyer...but surely it doesnt matter if "BGAFD" arent making a profit from these pics????
how many girls have unofficial websites set up using stolen or copied images, however are told that since this "fan site" is free theres nothing u can do about it!
no financial gain no problem i feel.

Copyright is the single worst concept in law. Why the hell should people who have taken photos or recorded songs continue to "own" those artefacts once they have been released into the wider world? I do not believe in copyright as a concept. It is petty and sucks.
