Any material designed to sexually arouse is porn according to the dictionary. But footage of say a man caught on CCTV attacking a woman is not porn even if some sickos find it arousing. Its not porn because its not created to sexually arouse. So therefor even a snuff movie would be porn because it was created with the intention to sexually exite even if it was only made for one very sick person.

No it doesnt become porn just because someone finds it arousing. I mean there might be some freaks out there who get a hard on watching war films or documentaries about hideous murders or wars. But that doesnt make them porn obviously. For example a childrens clothing catalogue might give Gary Glitter and several thousand other perverts a thrill but its not porn unless its intended to arouse otherwise Mothercare would be busted for obscene images. Thats not a legal definition btw I am just going by the dictionary definition of porn. If we want to get into what constitutes an indecent image then thats a whole new discussion.
