I've been in touch with her on MFC and recommended that she posted her if she did ever want to make the step into porn.
At the time she was very much undecided so baffled why she did if she didn't want to make the jump.
She is as useless at replying emails on the site about normal cam work so while real and no con etc (a man pretending) it may well be that after thinking I'll go for it she may have had a change of heart again.
I will ask her next time I see her because I feel let down by her coming on the site and in turn letting all the others down.

My observations are that she shouldnt have made the post unless she was serious and certain.
Being useless at replying to emails is odd, because this sort of business thrives on communication.
If she has changed her mind, and that is of course her prerogative, then she should have come back on here and withdrawn her casting call, even making up an excuse. She may have had a chance to avoid the 'flakey' label, with which she will now be tarred in many people's mind. Too risky ever to book because of the very apparent risk of a let down.

Modeling is no different to a plumber, decorator etc seeking work.
Especially now when there is less paid work available prompt replies to enquiries, except those blatantly requiring levels clearly stated as not offered, are essential to (hopefully) show you are serious. A reply should still be sent even if to say not available / not interested as word spreads about who replies and who doesn't.
If for whatever reason all messages can not be replied to as an absolute minimum a post should be on the thread(s) seeking work.
As Emac says this model will now be categorised as risky by many photographers / producers.

I have done solo shoots before, I am in no way "flakey"!
Yes I have changed my levels on my AIR profile as I will be getting more involved in boy/girl!
And yes I did make this post and know what I'm getting in to.
Considering I have 6 shoots lined up and confirmed for June I will not got involved in the pettiness that this post that seems to have occurred.
No need for bullying behaviour.

I don't agree that there has been bullying. Yes there were a few flippant remarks, but I think the overall sentiment was disappointment at the fairly wide lack of response.
You may dismiss it as pettiness, but like in so many areas of business, reputation is all.
IMHO, you'd be wise to learn from the criticism rather than dismiss it. It can be very hard to hear ourselves criticised, to see our flawed laid out, but this is the perception of a few people who have reasonably responded to your call for work and seem to have been slighted. Referring to it as petty or bullying just enhances a view of arrogance. Why not just do better going forward instead?
