JJ is right, every time an ordinary punter has the audacity to question what is being churned out in the name of Brit Porn on this forum we get slated from assorted would be producers, actresses, photographers etc telling us that we do not know what we are talking about as we are "not in the biz" and basically telling us to be grateful about the wonderful work they carry out, well I'm sorry but until people within the industry stop treating us like mugs I won't be buying anything british with the exception of Remington Steel and Omar movies which are by far the best.

Yes a lot of old britporn was poor, but then as it was illegal you were hardly going to go to a bank and say can I borrow ?20000 to set up a porn business were you? Therefore low prod values.

Also many of the older films were made for men only, a girl I work with watched a couple of older Phil McCs movies and thought they were abyssmal with the woman used as a peice of meat.

However we must applaud the old generation who battled away against censors and Daily Mail readers.

Without Ben, Phil and his ilk we would never have seen the likes of Linda Leigh, Louise Hodges etc etc doing hc.

IMHO the more porn a man sees the less exciting or stimulating he finds it so its not a question of modern porn or girls being shit its just viewers get bored and jaded. I imagine in 20 years time people will be echoing Dibbles views about how porn in 2003 was miles better than the porn of 2023.
