He's been banned off here repeatedly but he'll use different computers/internet cafes etc each time he uses a different alias and therefore different IP numbers - this makes his riduculous, time wasting behaviour unstoppable. He'll be back again with a different alias in a couple of weeks or so, the only way to stop his game is to insist on photos, links, a contact number, address and verifiable references, not an email address he's created to send a fake reference, something he provided me with some time ago, the email address of a Natasha Tah ie another of his own aliases!
