Hiya Holly,

I see the word prostitute and escort the same, escort is just a fancy name in my book.

Whore on the other hand is a horrible reference, just my opinion mind you.

hope your well

"Prostitutes do not get paid for thier time, they get paid to provide a sexual service."

I don't pay a pornstar for their time - I pay for what they'll do on camera - sex. A sexual service.

If I paid for their time, I'd pay ?10 per hour. At which point they'd say - 'I'm not shagging some bloke for ?20'.

I wasn't going to comment but what the hell!

The last person that was silly enough to call me a whore to my face ended up with his face in a bit of a state!

I do porn, I love it, I love sex! I used to escort a good few years ago but the one thing I never did was hide who I was or what I was doing and I still don't!

Porn is a career, we all have a 'shelf life' in this industry, or so I believe, with prostitution they don't seem to stop!

Prostitution is the oldest job in history, and yes, those who do it earn alot of money.

I like to know I'm working for people I'm going to be safe with, not take the risk of meeting a total stranger with no references for an overnight booking miles from home.

I'm not knocking those who do that, I think it comes down to personal choice and the risks we're all prepared to take!

Yes I have sex in front of a camera, but I'm far from a whore!

Trinity.

well as a producer, surely you are paying the model to film her and for her to sign a model release.

I guess everyone has a differing opinion and thats what makes the world go round.

Interesting debate though.

Holly. You seem to be getting too confused about the relevance of 'filming'.

In Amsterdam you can watch a sex show on stage. It isn't filmed. The performers by your definition prostitutes.

This is quite clearly incorrect.

Again - it's not that simple Holly.

Yes, as a producer I pay models to have sexual interaction which I then film. They are providing me and my members a sexual service.

Geddit?

Yes Benson, we all understand that many producers don't care whether we are performers or prostitutes as long as they get their end product, but how many girls would work for you on more than one occasion if at all if you refered to them as a "common whore"?

That after all was the point of this thread in the first place.

Hi Matt.
What have you bought?
I'm hoping to open a studio here before Xmas so if it happens I'll do you a discount - with a bit of free coaching thrown in. (as long as you wouldn't be insulted by that.)

This was the whole point of me bringing this to the attention of people here.
Nothing wrong with a debate and I'm not bothered if my opinion is wrong because I'm one of those types who can actually adjust his opinions when proved incorrect.

The issue is that the original poster 'Algarve Addict' was pretending to hide behind an innocent debate but then 'jumped-in' with some really offensive language about ALL pornstars. He did this in a forum where the stars rarely post and pretty much had a captive audience of men all agreeing to his terms and conditions.

Also this guy has a website where he sells adult videos so I thought that this was not only locker-room bullying where men insult the girl they slept with the night before but also highly hypocritical.

I did get into a slanging-match with the guy and may have seemed like an axe-grinder myself but I was determined to make my points that:
1. If you want pornstars opinions you should post where they will see it.
2. If you are just asking a question or raising a debate then try to avoid inflammatory language - or accept that people will be inflamed.
3. Don't be a reseller or affiliate and call models whores - that's just silly and it's called biting the hand that feeds you.

He has a right to think and even say these things but I have a right to disagree just as passionately - even more so because I am one of the people he is calling a whore!

daz your disgust at this shows what a lovely guy you are.

honestly, I dont read things like that, we cant change the world and their are always gonna be guys with that attitude, and shit opinions.

but in the big big picture, there will always be lovely guys too, who apprechiate porn and the performers, there will always be open minded people and you will always work with lovely people. I know how infuriating attitudes like that can be, I recently outed by an ex friend on my porn career and believe the comments especially the guys, were shit! yet theyd got them from a video on a link that they had to pay to watch!

best thing is to ignore narrow minded and nasty people and not let their opinions get to you.
