I think you'll find you get less grief if you post this sort of thing on UKAP.
Ive found its much better to conduct business grievances and heads up to industry personnel through this network as it is always the hangers on or those on the periphery looking in that are quick to kick up a storm and lose or dilute the point and turn it back on you.
Half the bullshit that goes on here from some posters seldom happens on UKAP and may be best left to that place where other models discuss the same problems as you have done here.
