Private, secret and members only areas/sites doesn't exclude you from being liable to claims being made against you.

If you ain't guilty, but there's some bullshit being spread about you, (especially in a secret area of a website you cannot access to find out what it is, or refute it) and its affecting you personally and/or professionally, then you have a huge problem. I've been there.

I'm all for outing the guilty, but all too often it catches the innocent too.

And do we have a definition of what a 'dodgy' person is?

Hi Peter, yes you are right, which is why we have an able minded and intelligent moderator to evaluate these claims and cross reference (well at least I think so)

Until that happens (someone being wrongly accused) we will cross that bridge but its worked fine so far and the kind of people that are talked about are well dodgy and wouldnt even dispute it. they just slip back into the shadows from whence they came because to contest it means they will become more known and if they were innocent, then they would contest any wrong allegation.

Thats the way I see it.

Furthermore Peter Im not the authority of what the definition of dodgy is but I know it when it presents itself to me.

I dont moderate that aspect of the site so again in no authority to discuss it other than to say its there for models if they choose to register with it

I have an idea...
Since most dodgynes and scams etc follow a particular route or script why not keep the name of the photographer secret and just tell us all the way his particular con works?
