We have tried to avoid total confrontation regarding the matter of the photos used within your gallery of the models know as Vicki Peach and Kaz B as taken by her Vicki's spouse Jim *******.

www.nude2rude.com purchased the photographer and model's rights for these photos a while back and we have the full set of photos that we know you do not have.

We are here posting several watermarked photos that have never been released from the same party by the same photographer which we have a licence to use as 'Behind The Scenes' media for www.nude2rude.com and its associated websites. This is to show ownership. Also due to owning the original photographs we can prove by Exif Camera Data ownership due to having the originals which you will not be able to...and don't bother trying to rebrand the photos we are posting as all Exif Data is removed to be saved for use in The Small Claims Court.

Would you like to proceed with legal action? We are happy to provide our solicitor's details to your solicitor. Hopefully this will not happen and sense will be seen,

This is now a little our of conrtol, and the New Director has asked me to ask anyone that has any issues with the NEW company to call him and speak to him directly as you are now causing HIM problems.

As for the issues Vicki Peach raised. RUBBISH. And that's all I am going to say about it here. If she would like to call the new director and speak to him about her issues his information is below.

If any of the other girls can prove that they are owed money by the old Director or Business in general he is willing to discuss this and possibly work out a way of paying these debts as a good will jesture and then hopefully we can all get back to business.

After reading this tread for some time, yes its a little out of hand, but thats because a lot of girls have been messed around by the "old" company, As i can see it, the best thing to do is to completely re-brand the site, change the name, get new pictures. While there is so much bad feeling toward you/company no one will work for you. If you do not remove the said photo's i can not see the feeling changing, so again no one of any standing will work for you, there fore the company will many no money, so in the end the site will close anyway.
Would it not just show that yes the whole company is much better now by removing the photo's showing more good feeling?

Thats only my opinion though.
