Good suggestion but I remarked somewhere that a lot of people wouldnt get it done because the cost was negligible and also it depends on where peopel woul dhave to go.

I think its a great idea but unworkable and no one is prepared to do anything about it as per usual because no one has time.

It would be great if someone were to set up opposition to the certs online with this but its far easier to complain and trash efforts with comments than do anythign about making it happen
