Hi jayme, I totally agree with you I think he is dangerous and yes you are right when you say AOL do nothing I have been on the phone to them and this person does have a history and has been warned in the past but they still do nothing to prevent him.

Why doesn't everyone collect all the emails from him, then forward them to AOL. The address to use is
COSuk@Aol.com, forward them all to AOL and see what happens.
Have to say I am surprised about the lack of action from them, they used to be really hot on this.
As I say , get the evidence together and send it to AOL.

I'm sure if someone pointed out that, in the event of this lowlife scum assaulting someone and being prosecuted, AOL's inaction would get the maximum coverage, then there might be a change of mind.

Hi I have sent an email to
cosuk@aol.com saying that I will go to the press but they werent very helpful and just told me to forward any future emails or instant messgaes from this person but obviously that wont happen as I have blocked him from sending me more emails, and since I put up this post i'm not too sure if this person will try again from another username but you never know he seems like he is living in his own sick little world

Trust me though even if he deletes his AOL username AOL can trace him!! I was on AOL for a long time and when you delete your screen name you can resurrect it at anytime within the first 6 months. But AOL can certainly trace him but they will need evidence.
Also if your post here and other elsewhere stops him then job done really.

Hi Neil, yeah I really hope it does i'll have to dig a little deeper with aol to see what can be done to be honest I dont think he is going to give up what he has been doing for two years from what Jayme and Marie-Louise said and he has even tried with Lolly Badcock. If anyone has any emails from him forward them on to
COSUK@aol.com and let me know I will keep chasing aol on this. xxx

Email headers are kept indefinitely by isp's so they can trace emails if necessary - they do not keep the contents, that is the responsibility of the recipient. But just sending annoying or unwanted emails is not a crime in its own right, he would need to make offensive remarks or threats for aol to take any action.
