Errm, that's what halal slaughter is. It is forbidden for muslims to kill, unless they ask for forgiveness from their magic man in the sky before doing so. So before killing, they say say a prayer to ensure their 72 virgins will still be waiting. Whether a chicken, a goat, or Ken Bigley, it makes no difference, say a prayer, slit the throat. Many have the prayer playing on and endless loop so they don't have to say it every time, so there's no need to worry about *their* throats.

There are many other things on the Menu apart from bacon and ham. If they don't want to eat it simply choose something else. Why can I not go in to that Subway branch and have a BLT?. I will tell you why, because someone else's religion stopped me.

Because some branches don't sell them and that is a business decision. Plenty of other places you can get a BLT.

Tell me Cunty, were you spoilt as a child? If I go to a shop in the High Street that used to sell something and doesn't any more, I go somewhere else.

So Peter, when you are buying your non-halal meat in restaurants or "farm shop" are you comforted that instead of the animals being stunned (the huge, overwhelming percentage of halal animals are) and a prayer being said over them, that they too squeal with terror in a standard abattoir as they hang upside down on a chain mechanism knowing what is about to happen?

Interesting, but I doubt all the people who slaughter animals to enable Subway and Pizza Express to have things to sell are muslims, slaughterhouses likely employ people from all backgrounds, and I doubt 'Allahu Akbar' is yelled EVERY time an animal is slaughtered. The slaughterman would have a sore throat doing that all day long! lol.
