No, God did not make some of us bad and some of us good, we all have the choice which to be. Satan is out to destroy Gods creation, to make people doubt God and this is where the bad comes from, there is a constant battle going on between good and evil.

If everyone were gay then neither you, nor I, nor anyone else would exist, that is a fact no-one can argue with. We were created in a way that to reproduce took a man to have sex with a woman, that was how it was intended to be, then and for all time. Homosexuality is Satan's doing, it is wrong, God has tried to warn us but the world ignores the warnings and ultimately we will all be judged (that is not God being sadistic or playing games, it is Satan doing that, God simply seeks to eradicate evil).
