I saw Harriet Harman (white) on TV today stating the the Labour party draft bill covering the Leveson requirements was designed to help the likes of Millie Dowler and her parents (also white).
Would she have done the same if Dowler had been a Pakistani? Fucking racist.

But Keith Vaz is a complete cunt anyway. He is one person who I utterly despise. I wouldn't pay any notice to anything he says.

Thanks for the replies to my little thread-ette here about Keith Vaz. I stand by what I said about how he is a racist. He should be just as interested in the case of any person as any other person, because they are a person -not because they look like him. If something terrible happened in Sri Lanka it would concern me just as much as something terrible that happened in Poland - I wouldn't be more interested in the Poland thing just because they are white and I am white. I've not heard of Vaz taking on any issues, outside of his brief for Home Affairs committee issues and his MP duties, other than when it involves a person who is the same race as him. I remember there being quite a lot of coverage a year or so ago in the London Evening Standard and on the London TV news about homeless Romanians camping on the grass near Marble Arch in London, and how they might try and deport them (I doubt they would have had much success there). I didn't however see Keith Vaz taking up their case. I never heard him a few years ago campaigning for injustices in Northern Ireland to be put right. Why not Keith, is it cos they don't look like you? Just wait until something else high-profile occurs, in the future, which involves someone who is the same race as Keith Vaz, and watch him leap into action and take the case on. Just watch when something high-profile happens to an individual that isn't the same race as him, and observe how Vaz is nowhere to be seen. Are we meant to think it's just a co-incidence that Shilpa Shetty and the nurse who recently killed herself are the same race as Vaz and he just decided to assist? People will say I'm wrong, especially David Johnson, but I stand by what I said: Keith Vaz is a racist. The evidence speaks for itself.

"Just watch when something high-profile happens to an individual that isn't the same race as him, and observe how Vaz is nowhere to be seen."
Quite right Max.
I notice when Vaz made a number of appeals on the lines that Gary McKinnon should not be extradited to the US to stand trial for internet damage, and instead given a job in the UK government, Vaz didnt know what race McKinnon was.
I thought it was a particularly brilliant ploy that McKinnon covered his face in brown polish before meeting Vaz. His accent was something to behold apparently.
I always knew those Aspergers' guys were fiendishly clever. And all those demands from Vax for the extradition treaty to the US to be totall rewritten because it was completely one-sided were only on the back of a misunderstanding by Vaz that all these geezers awaiting extradition were Indian.
After all that is why Vaz shipped up as MP in Leicester. It's full of them Asian Hindu chaps and chapesses.
Oh no, Vaz is a Roman Catholic! THere's another of my theories gone out of the window.
Never mind!

I seem to recall Vaz taking this up in his capacity as the chairman of the House Of Commons Home Affairs committee. I remember the news coverage.
As I said in my last comment: "I've not heard of Vaz taking on any issues, outside of his brief for Home Affairs committee issues and his MP duties, other than when it involves a person who is the same race as him."

You just said: "Vaz is a Roman Catholic!".
I made no mention of religion, just race.
You really should read someone's post properly before replying to it.

Come on Max.
He did not have to state that McKinnon should be offered a job in the UK government. He did not have to state that the extradition act was totally one sided. He went out of his way to help.
Credit where it is due!
