Im not a football follower so discount my opinion if you wish but what I do know about the sport is that it is blokey, competitive and that amounts to un pc language being used.
Its only when goals are scored when the players are running around squawking like headless chickens and quick to suck each others dicks in the showers after

If John Terry said that to me and I took offence I wouldve clouted him in the changing rooms and left it there and gone to the pub and had a pint with him. If I said that to him I would expect the same if he took offence and not even retaliate. The rule of dishing it out is taking it back in kind

It's not just about two people in a football match though is it?
What should happen when a black 4 year old girl is out with her Mum on a visit to the relations and gets surrounded by a a bunch of white EDL supporters who start pointing and chanting "Fucking black cunts" and making Nazi salutes.
What should happen in that situation?
If John Terry is not found guilty of racist abuse as in the recent case and a rather thick, white parent starts shouting at the only black schoolkid on the school pitch, "Fucking, dirty, little, black bastard", what should happen?
After all, John Terry got away with it. Why should the white parent not get away with it? What's the difference? Just a bit of banter. All part of the game. Tempers get raised etc etc.
If it is a 17 year old black kid making their debut in a football match. Let's say 10,000 spectators start chanting and pointing "You're a black cunt". What should happen then? Well if the ex-England team captain can get away with it, why shouldn't they?
What message does this send to kids?
