For the Christian right and/or traditional Conservatives, unacceptable sexual content could be detailed advice on abortion, information on sexual diseases etc. that they do not want their children to be able to view.

And my understanding of these filters and opt in is just another type of filter is that they block much more than was intended in the first place anyway.
