First it's tomatoes, not tomato's.

Pasta without a sauce is dire, you might as well eat them raw, with a glass of water. The only thing you have here to be used for pasta sauce are your tomatoes, which alone does not suffice, and certainly not 6 tomatoes for ten pasta meals.

Max, work us out a possible 7-day meal-plan, will you. As I said, I'm cutting back 500 calories a day to lose body-fat but I eat more than what you're offering.

That seems to be sufficient for 7 days worth of eats. If you faniced buying another can of tuna, another tub of coleslaw/potato salad, some pesto for your pasta to have on another night, another pack of cheese of whatever, then the bill may come to ?20.00 for the week. Still very cheap, and still affordable on the dole, and you are left with money for your bills and a bit for your cans of Tennants and your packs of Rothmans. So you can sit at home, watching Jeremy Kyle, eating sufficiently, swigging from your can of beer and smoking, whilst ignoring your kids, and all your needs are covered. So to go back to the original question at the top of this thread, why do they send food parcels out around Britain?

I'm telling you, that list isn't enough for 3 decent meals a day, seven days a week. If you think it is then break it down for us all to see in a meal plan and if I'm wrong I'll own up and say so like I've done before.

I did a quick calculation. If you eat everything Max provides during the 7 days it works out at approx 1780 calories per day. I believe a man should eat at least 2500 cals per day. More if he does exercise. You should lose about a kg a week on Maxes diet. !hungry!

He drinks lots of milk, I'll tell you that. 8 pints and no mention of coffee, tea or cereals.

Flatulence may be a problem so extra money for air fresheners too!

I heard that some people who were self employed can't get benefits and need food parcels. Is that the case??????
