Great article Mr Slip. I haven't heard of Erich Fromm for years and I remember reading 'The Sane Society' when I was about 18 and very much a socialist. Yes, I was once a leftie - but I grew out of it when faced with the reality of human nature.
On the subject of University campuses being the breeding ground for this PC plague - I'm amused at how the student union radicals feel so proud of their broadmindedness and eagerness to boldly explore new ideas, but then finish up having carbon-copied opinions and expelling anyone who actually DOES have a new idea.
