poor fuckers that paid up to 10 times the face value from ebay touts! They'll only get a face value refund...........and thats if the ticket agency hasn't ceased trading!

I suppose those who bought their tickets from the appointed agent(s) will get a refund, but anyone buying them from at an inflated price from third party sellers have basically had their chips.
