She is the living proof that money can't buy you happiness - although it helps get her out of a lot of scrapes that would have the average man/woman banged up. Sometimes I feel sorry for her, but other times it's hard to - because whatever help she obviously knows she needs, she seems to blatently ignore. But look on the bright side, dead or alive she's worth money to her record company - and to the average person in the street it doesn't matter whether she's dead or alive.

I hear that Michael Eavis thinks her set was a triumph. I reckon he must have raided her stash, the bald old hippy cunt.

Yes the BBC's Lauren Laverne (yikes) voted her act "Top Highlight Of Glastonbury 2008" whether it was a sympathy vote or an "Up You" gesture to the establishment (that pays her wages) I could not tell, but what I can say - it certainly wasn't for her rambling performance.

I don't know if it is JUST the drugs with Whitehouse though as it seems pretty clear to me that she has some serious Mental Health Issues as well, because I felt pretty uncomfortable watching her perform so not sure how her nearest and dearest felt. I am going to go along with the majority on here that she will seriously overdose or take her own life if she doesn't get help soon though.

It's 'car crash tv' an 'atrocity exhibition', a 'freakshow'. There will be many for whom Winehouse delivers just what they're looking for. I'd say it's unkind to ask that from her and she and her people should be more responsible too.

Give me a standing ovation & your sympathy

what made me laugh was seeing her singing (if u can call it singing) at the mandela concert at the weekend... it was only a fortnight ago when a video of her singing a racist song was put on the net... and she never really said sorry for it..her and her psycho husband just come across as very unpleasant people.poor old nelson deserved better.and i have no sympathy for rich people from privalaged and loving families who are self destructive.... thats all i have to say.
