Well I have a mate who runs a video store which is part of a nationwide chain and he uses these download sites all the time for music and film/TV.

Personally I don't anymore as I used to use AllofMP3 until I picked up a very nasty virus which fucked up my old PC.

Thats the spirit Bravo. Tell it like it is. No justification for the act. it was there and it was free.

Speedybert is an example of what I meant with the viruses in downloads. Its true it happens and can be costly as he pointed out.

Sony and all these other electronic companies who own the entertainment industry make a fortune from selling blank cd and dvd's...are they now pretending they don't know what there being used for...and ISP's make a point in there deals of boasting how much you can download..surely if these crimes are going to be prosecuted theses sort of companies must be charged too.....but corporations don't fight each other like this, much easier to fight the little guy...

By the Jacques if you are out there still I would like an answer to this cartel thing you are talking about and this banned list.

Whats that all about?

Cartel is my little pet name for UKAP. Don't take it personally but a run in with a "producer" recently has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

The banned list is just that, it's ronseal. You don't get put on it, you ask to get put on it.

I love the '*********', but not as much as I love the censorship of the website in question throughout this thread, when it clearly states the name in the title.

UKAP is hardly a cartel Jacques. Its a roundtable association of producers all doing their own thing. We meet up to discuss things that affect us. There is nothing malevolent or sinister beyond this I can assure you.

As far as I am aware there is no banned list per se for new producers (or performers). In fact we have a new policy to help and encourage new talent in all spheres of the adult industry.

Dont let one experience put you off the bigger scope of things. Thats just people for you. We cant get along with everybody but we can always be civil. if you wish to discuss this further, feel free to get in touch with me on my email addy in my profile.

It was discussed at length legally, it needs no further discussion ... they settled out of court.
