Thanks for all the info guys, typical, just bought a second property as an investment and mortgaged via NR about three weeks ago!!
I have tried to follow all the information given, but nice to get it broken down in laymans terms, thanks again.
I certainly won't be one of the idiots that stops paying, I can't believe people would think they could do that and then, like mentioned before, be suprised when they are evicted.
Left HSBC to go to NR, would be ironic if they took it over if it comes to that.
