Forgive me, fans of the man, but double murder and suicide makes him someone not worthy of mourning.

A throwaway line in one of the accounts given above---reference to a lot of steroids being found in the house---may give a clue to what drove him to the mental state where he committed the crimes.

own life then that is not on - what gives him that right?

If anybody wishes to take their own life then so be it, but to take away
two other lives is cowardly, selfish and just totally unacceptable

Benoit had probably been using large ammounts of steroids, from the mid-late 90s right up until the time he died.

People for ages now have been syaing that using steriods, and in such al rage amounts, can make people prown to fits of anger and all kinds of other stuff. Roid rage.

Maybe this is what made him fly of the handel and do what he did. There surely was no sign throughout his life that he would be somebody capable of doing this though.

Not necessarily true. One of the side effects of streoid use is that they can cause extreme mood swings and I mean extreme mood swings but lets not get ahead of ourselves here and wait for the autopsy before engaging in speculation.
