Sorry to break up your 'tit for tat' but you quoted:
man is ideas - ideas don't exist by themselves.
I was just pondering......would an idea written down become self-existent? -until someone follows up that idea practically, to which then it would become an instruction leaflet? !laugh!
Not sure what you mean by self-existent.
Self`-ex`ist?ent
a. 1. Existing of or by himself, independent of any other being or cause; - as, God is the only self-existent being.

In other words, an idea can exist by itself once written down in some form or other. You said ideas cannot exist by themselves which isn't true. Though you may need man for the thought of a new idea, once thought and recorded in a medium others can understand, that idea becomes self-existent.

Or am I drunk?
If you think that France and Germany have worse economies than ours then it's proof you've been lied to by the media over the years.
From my humble experience, I doubt the media would lie about the economy being better than what it is Keith! Controversy is the media's staple diet, and bad news sells papers more than good news ever has.

As for the 'vile looking underclass', I can't speak for Germany, but have you seen the slums around Paris?

Come to think of it, here in Sheffield and Manchester, I haven't been asked for 'spare change' for ages, and didn't see that many homeless around Soho & Covent garden last time I went to London.

Has there been some sort of 'homeless cleansing?'

Children are born without sin. In a truly free society without repression there would not be much evil. Watch young children play together and they get on really well then as adults condition them some become evil.
