YES ALL clubs do, by entering the venue, you agree to the TOS, I have worked night clubs as a photographer and other for almost 10 years, its part of the admission.

Long as the person filming has the venues permission then tough i'm affraid, now IF he doent have the clubs permission then its a new ball game...

We had a perve filming up skirts saying he was working for the club and stuff, we found out, and thre club nailed him to the wall, for it, so check he had permission/

I wouldnt have thought an injunction would have been issued, since it was film in a night club with the clubs permission, and part of the aggreement of entering a club covers photos taken by or for or with the venues permission for whatever purpose.
