As far as i'm concerned, he was found not guilty by 12 jurors who were at the trial. I was not at the trial so have no right to say I think he's guilty or otherwise.

Because they were found not guilty does not mean that they were innocent. It means that the prosecution couldn't prove the case "beyond all reasonable doubt".

There's a big difference.

Plenty of people found not guilty are innocent and plenty aren't.

It is for the Judge to decide after the verdict if he believes the defendent was completely inncocent and if so then they usually say something along the lines of "you leave this court without any slur on your name".

The latter is very rare.

I'm not saying Jackson was guilty or not. I didn't follow the case so I have no idea and nor do I have an opinion.

You said in your previous post that as they were found not guilty then they were innocent.

If somebody is said to be found not guilty then that doesn't mean that they are inncocent.

In some case that they maybe the truth but in alot it means that there wasn't enough evidence to get a conviction.
