Unfortunatey, to get a recognised response, we can't do anything ourselves without resorting to vigilante behaviour.
Socially, we can scream and shout change all we like, but the only factors that can enforce are parents and politicians.
The wishy washy nature has washed out any sort of reform as we have let it go too far.
Perhaps the EU or Brussels legislation is to blame.
Perhaps we should carry the blame ourselves, but parents are having their hands tied their backs with the whole concept of children being able to grass their own parents up.
Similar to Nazi kids who were recruited to stuff their own parents if they thought they were helping "the other side".
The media does play the buzz word of the moment, be it asylum, chavs, war etc and it is picked up by those that need a cross to carry even if it doesn't affect them.
Time to turn the wheels back.
Maybe a referendum is a start.
The whole reactionary mob rule isn't helping in the long run.
