Who sold out and went on to make the Home Alone movies.
What the fuck happened there???
Ferris was easily in the class list of films.
I still hold Weird Science in high regards.
A pure class genius film....along with Real Genius if you remember that one.
The music was used beautifully in those films.

Natural progression I suspect, after all the one common theme running through every Hughes production is happily ever after but done with a decent score
Yes I recall Weird Science, mainly for visions of kelly Le brock and not much else to be honest
Somehow overlooked Real Genius(think Val kilmer in Top Secret put me off him forever-acting wise)
Mind you I never saw any of these Teen flicks on the big screen just TV,in the private alone so nobody would know
Sadly I used to tape them while watching them, cutting out all the ads along the way.If only I had used quality tapes and not AUS1-00 bargains
cheers

999's original bassist WAS Tony James before he de-camped to Gen X. This was AFTER his London SS days with Mick Jones. TJ did jam and rehearse with 999, but didn't record anything

T J was also for a while the bassist in The Sisters Of Mercy around about the time of the single "More". I remember him wearing a bloody big hat!!.
