As to the legalities: well, US model releases do not work in the UK as our copyright and performers' rights law is completely different. Difficult to argue that you've been coerced when your performance and consent is on tape.

Anyhow, ClubRats should be out in the Spring, so you can see for yourself whether any of the girls were 'real' or not !

I believe it was called, they filmed in a few of the night clubs I worked for, and pretty much did the girls gone wild thing, sometimes the action went back to hotels and stuff like that.

As I understood the law and from them, it was legal as it was public property on the street, and legal inside the nightclub as you had permission of the owner.

As far as I was aware as well hotel action was filmed the following day in some cases and other cases they picked the girl out early in the night before they was pissed up, then they progressively watched her get pissed up so it was authentic(ish).

I think they do 1 DVDs year and in 2003-2004 they kinda flopped and they did few in 2006 that kinda flopped, the 2003-2004 ones only took off because front magazine gave a topless edit away on the front of the mag.

I also know they went to the med to film as well, so not all british stuff.

I only saw Vol 1, Vol 2, and the DVDs as far as I am aware only went as far as nudity and private dances the rest of the footage, into the abyss.
