Budgets in the UK are not anything remotely like the States...

Then there's the cost of the BBFC.. At least ?1k and then if they want cuts.. The film is re-submitted and another ?1k... They don't have this in the States I've been told.

Then what about all the other production costs before the film is released before one penny comes in... It is nowhere as easy here as you seem to think...
