Well unless you think all sex is degrading and humiliating (which as I say is where the extreme producers and bigots seem to be united) I suggest making porn that reflects real sex more fully - not just a very narrow and dehumanised view of it. It's not specific acts that are the issue to me, otherwise we could be straying dangerously into "censorship" territory. I like lots of things that might be classed as "extreme" myself. But within the context of an equal and consensual relationship.
