Ok I wasn't as clear as I should have been. When girls first come into the industry do you think that the all producers are honest with the girls or do you think that the girls are promised the world.
I think the hypocrisy and the double standards should be stripped away and girls be allowed to make a more informed choice, that's all. Do you think it would be a bad thing for girls to be shown all aspects, even the negative ones, before entering the business?
Of course I agree there is nothing wrong with paying girls money and it would be brilliant to have a more prosperous industry. I am just in favour of giving people all the facts which includes warning new producers about the negative aspects of working with some models.

Apart from the fact that BB is also an American company with its own studios in LA, that's all perfectly fair comment, and I'd agree.

Provisional release date for new site is end of September.
First DVD release probably January 09
I agree, the first site was really just a beta test site. It was OK, got a fair amount of attention, so did what we wanted for it.
Thanks

Sorry for not stating the obvious, which did not occur as an issue until you posted your scenarios in an effort to disprove the veracity of the information.

That's what asking permission means. It doesn't mean you can just do it. It means that the company paying the contract girl has the right to say 'no' or to stipulate terms and conditions.

Is that an informed legal anlysis, or an emotional reaction to information which you do not like?
Your idea of what the law is has already been dealt with in other posts. If you would like it first hand, here's a useful summary:

No Harry. You missed the crucial word "services" as in "the Performer's services".
To appear for free doing anything is not a "service". OK ?

"I am just in favour of giving people all the facts which includes warning new producers about the negative aspects of working with some models." Yes. We agree. That's why we gave the information.
