Sure. Only about 3 steps.
Step one - Visit the image you have uploaded yourself, as if you clicked your own hyperlink, then RIGHT click on the image itself, and choose 'Open IMAGE in new tab' See below...

Step 2 - Now, the image is open in a new tab, you need to click in the URL / Address bar and copy that link (You'll notice it now ends in .JPG) See below...

Finally Back to BGAFD, go to make a post and you'll see a little button in the top bar. 10 from the left - Looks like a little sun rising over the mountains. Click it. The box you see at the top appears. Now just right click it and paste the link you copied in step 2...

Click OK and it will insert the image code into your post. You can click preview and you'll see your pic.
Thats it really. Although your browser (probably) wont look EXACTLY like mine, the principles the same - Right Click, open image in new tab, then use that new url (that ends in .jpg) to put into BGAFDs 'image box' The same principle applies to all images on the net.
