The announcement went out on here and everywhere for anyone, no discriminating amateur or professional to submit their products for award consideration

If it happens to be the same people responding then we can only deal with whats in front of us.

When you say "it seems like the nominations are centered around a small group of producers and performers who are in there own little clique. Apparently they can nominate themselves for their own awards which is hilarious !!"

Actually the winners are usually non members. I can assure you that UKAP is far from being a clique given its membership. Believe it or not we do meet up tice a year to discuss relevant things to the business of producing adult content. There are those of us pro active in matters beyond your concern We do try our best to work for members.

I find it annoying that comments like this always come out on the run up to the awards. If you want to be part of it and make that change then do something about it rather than complain

My point was that apart from spouting off here continually over the years I am not really sure what part you play in the industry. Your daft little group of wanabee producers are just that. No more, no less.

And yet I think I'm right in saying that Jessica Jensen did last year??

OEJ,
Who was it who said "You can please all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but not all of the people all of the time?"

It always seems to be that when it doesn't suit their ideas the trolls start coming out of the woodwork. At least UKAP is doing something to promote the British Adult Industry.

If they think they can do better then the complainers should get off their arses, step up to the plate and organise an Adult Awards Ceremony themselves.

!oldie!

PS.
I am happy to admit that I have not put forward any "Performer Nominations" this year and am not complaining about those who made the short list.
