Well maybe she is having an off day. but she was rude and unprofessional to me.
Thanks to the people who have emailed me and agreed with my view on this.
It cost nothing to be polite...even if you have been in the business for 25 years...

Yes I had a number of emails from her. She now has a manager looking after her interests
