If nobody involved in gb has certs, its down to them. Unprotected oral carries significantly less risk in general than full sex but girls should be aware that lower risk multiplied by large number of parners adds up to a high risk activity. This common statement that certs are only true on the test day is misleading. Firstly anything recent might not be picked up so its not 100% on the day (though little in life is). Secondly if clear on the test day, chance of anything changing over three or four weeks is pretty low so long as sex is certed (with partners who also follow rules), not involving large numbers of people, africa visitors etc.

True words! regular monthly tests are very important to stop std outbreaks but having a cert don't make you any safer in regards to having unprotected sex, a model will have sex once & think nothing but after several shoots in a month you do think to yourself even though these guys are all certed i hope none of them have any std's...a lottery & as you say hazard of the job.
