I've known Kim for years and can honestly say I was confused at reading she was misguided. No one lasts here for long being misguided but then I also like to think that sharing information helps us all.

I dont see the point of ATVODs existence if they are to regulate all websites but allow file sharing and tube sites to exist.

They are not protecting the young from anything at all but just making money for nothing. How can they be taken seriously? Anyone who gets called out on this should appeal against this because I cant see their scheme having much purpose if it cannot deal with this effectively.

Their main problem is the use of credit cards. Kids can go on a tube site and see it for free or download it for free with a bittorrent client anyway.
