CCBill accepts debit cards as well as credit cards and they either can't or won't just accept credit cards and not debit cards. Debit cards are of course available to under 18s. ATVOD even do test purchases with debit cards to prove the point.

Basically, James, its the same as the BBFC R18 rules for DVDs - ATVOD is run by ex-BBFC people. I'm sure hands on tits would be ok. I guess its anything starting at open pussy. You'd probably get away with the girl covered in cum because they couldn't prove that wasn't simulated.

What really irks me about ATVOD is that it does not make any difference in protecting children from sex on the internet whilst the filesharing and torrent sites are openly allowed to continue.

So what purpose do they ATVOD serve? None as far as I can see. So whats the money for? Just to employ a bunch of people to collect it from you is about all it looks like to me.

Its just a smoke screen illusion to make parents feel safe there is an organisation protecting them when it aint doing anything but shutting down legitimate businesses which usually have parental controls on them anyway.

Maybe the government should put up Fisher Price step by step instructions to tell parents how to use those controls?

Its mainly a cash cow for all the big broadcasting and online VOD sites anyway. Porn was just a minority caught up in the net of their vague rules.
