Totally agree with rastansaga here.

"At the moment i have a 3 figure membership"
When I 1st read this i thought you ment you offer 3 types of payment methods, lol

If you have been live under a month (also with being your own webmaster) and have 100+ subscribers you have done really well hun, esp with no affiliate program. Need another business partner? lol

Thank you hun ,

To be honest i had no idea that having 100+ members in a month was good or bad but it appears that it is quite good.
Your right i dont use an affiliate program and i dont intend to for now. I suppose in reality it will take a year or so before i can gauge whether my strategy has worked or not.

Well, With no affiliate system your traffic must be organic which also means no affiliate payouts.

100 members at ?19.99(sterling) = ?1,999
200 members at ?19.99(sterling) = ?3,998
500 members at ?19.99(sterling) = ?9,995

If your in tripple figures for memberships you must have a very high conversion rate, if you are going to take ANY advice, i advise you to set up an affiliate program within the next month, they are really simple to set up with CCBill as this will push 500%+ more traffic per month than organic with a handfull of decent affiliates, and with your current conversion rate you have state you "will be laughing"!

Your biggest battle will be retaining your memberships, as with all sites (a good answer for this is give them what they want = content, mixture of amateur and professional).

Its good that you are updating more than once a week like some sites.
Our solo sites have a minimum of 16 updates per month
Our multi-model site has a minimum of 105 updates per month (ie www.thisisglamour.com)

also, I'm intrigued into your statement:
"Well i believe i have done things completely different than anyone else in the industry."
What have you done?

Cheers

Hi Mike,

Im afraid i wont be answering your question on here as to what i have done differently as i can already see the vultures circling around my head waiting to swoop and hoping for me to fail .. lol

I havent found some magic formula btw, i have just approached things differently than most people . I think if approached correctly a models stand alone site can produce reasonable supplemental income because as we all know the real money is to be made through webcamming and for some girls escorting. And herein i believe is the problem with the industry in general .. i have met so many girls and myself included who can make more money camming for half a day than even Brazzers can afford to pay them.

I will eagerly await the onslaught !! lol

"Im afraid i wont be answering your question on here as to what i have done differently"

Ok no worries, I am taking it that what you have done differently is not your strategy to how your website function (well not in the non members area) as i can not see anything new or ground braking, which is why i asked.

"i have met so many girls and myself included who can make more money camming for half a day than even Brazzers can afford to pay them."

Brazzers is owned by Manwin, there is nothing Manwin can not afford lol

//

Don't no much about escorting but i agree with you on webcams, we have a number of cam sites and launching thisisglamourlive.com next month which will be good to look out for.

If you wish for any help or further discussion contact me here Louise

If not all the best with your venture.

I didnt say anything is new or groundbreaking because it isnt .. i said i have a different approach.

What Manwin can pay and what they will pay are 2 totally different entities.

I dont see any point in going tit for tat on here as people will get bored .. lol. I will be happy to discuss any points of interest with you via my email but if not i wish you the best of luck with your own ventures.

All,

Let's not knock Louise's new site - we should congratulate someone on trying to launch themselves into the industry.

It seems too many people want to tear things down in the UK rather than build them up.

Hey Harry, I'm not knocking, believe me!

Its a hard, hard game out there and ANYONE who helps ANYONE get a leg up in it should get high-fived all the way- just thought Louse sounded a maybe slightly dismissive of Mikes comments, which IMHO is a shame. I don't know Mike at all, but see that he's been doing his homework for a long time and has some good shit going on there on his sites.

I only wish when I started, that I'd listened more to people about some simple things, which after I'd put them in place, improved my business.

I wishes Louise well in her venture and its very much genuine. As I said, in this post-tube era, we all gotta put a shift in to keep the bills paid!

Hi Harry, trust me that was constructive criticism on one segment within a page, it was no knock.

I agree with Rastansaga again, as I offered support within an area which I have surpassed the 10000-Hour Rule to just have a reponse to be dismissed and that Louise knows better, which is fine, we all have our ways of working.

Again I genuinely wish Louise the best with the venture and hope she does not do the "opposite" like Louise has stated done so with other parties given advise.

[Rastansaga] Virtual High-Five for your last comment, lol
