I have no problem with performers doing escorting & gangbang parties as long as they use protection for both pentration & oral and stick to safe pop shots (boobs, stomach & feet) The problem is they don't all follow these precautions, if they all did the certs system would work.

The problem is even when we hear of them doing non-certified OWO, bareback escorting & having unprotected one night stands with randomers they still get booked and even if we avoid working with them ourselfs they are still working with the same people we are.

We are now told its safe to go back to work but im so shook up by it that i can't decide what to do.....
*on one side im impressed by how quickly it was dealt with and am releaved to know the industry has a plan in place for when such awful events happen, i also realise that we still have zero hiv victims from UK porn.
*but on the other hand, skanks are still getting work and im really concerned by those who wanted to carry on filming regardless, i feel that dodging this bullet is a big wake-up call,

The only way i would feel safe doing porn is if the whole industry sticks together and does something about the above dangerous behaviour by all careful performers refusing to work with them and all producers agreeing to not book them anymore or of course for condoms to be mandatory but i think we all know neither will happen,

So i guess we are back to having to decide if we are willing to take the risk...
at present im still too scared and am only taking bookings for solo, hj,
non-fluid swop gg and Protected bj/bg.
Luckily i don't have any fluid swop shoots booked in till may so i have a while to think about it.

Why not put on your profile that you will not work those levels unless a condom is used?

If you stick to that, surely you will protect yourself regardless of others' practices.

People have been badly misinformed that its safe to go back to work without that important 3rd test & to many corners have been cut to early to get things back to normal, we are being to think it could have been a crazy publicity stunt as publicists are talking to some of the industry about this.

We have had an email ourselves from the Tabloids where some idiot as told the media of the latest troubles, there is an unwritten rule in this industry DON'T TALK TO THE PRESS OR TV but some still shout their gobs off & never learn.

As i have already stated i haven't made a decision as yet
which is why i haven't changed my profile/promo site,

I do already have bookings for certified bareback b/g work booked in for may
which i haven't cancelled as im still trying to make up my mind,

im battling with myself at the moment and just can't decide what to do;

My statement about condoms been made manditory is what would make me feel safer not what i think should happen,
What i think should happen is producers & careful performers stick together and agree to stop working with the careless risk takers but i know this will never happen which is why im now trying to sum up the risks.

Jessica has been through the mill we all agree but my rough understanding is it takes 90 days to be clear (or more clear-er) so another test needs to be done in 30 days time.

Apologies I haven't read most of the replies to this post but get the general gist of it.

I've been in this industry for a few years, I did a B/G/G shoot last year, and a few days prior to the shoot a condom split with my then partner. I shit myself about it and emailed to cancel the shoot.

I had valid certs but due to the incident I felt they were useless.

I explained to the 'producer' what had happened and he was happy to go ahead with the shoot and take precautions whilst doing so.

I didn't have anything, but I felt awful about the whole thing and went and got tested again with negative results but anyone who knows me in the industry knows I pride myself on being safe away from work as well as at work.

I now only do BG with my partner, we've been together over a year and STILL use condoms when we have sex!

I think the industry needs to decide what is and what isn't acceptable behaviour by models and producers alike.

For those asking for POV shoots they should be tested the same as performers.

For those who work in clubs/parties/bukakkes with the general public I think they should have a period of 3 months where they cannot shoot mainstream to eliminate any further 'outbreaks' of any disease.


This is MY opinion, and I think Escorting whilst working in this industry is asking for trouble. I know we can't keep watch on every female model that escorts/works in a club/does parties etc but it's the future of the industry that is at risk here.

Yes I know I've done parties etc but I ALWAYS have a throat swab when I have my certs done, and to this day I've never had anything.
I no longer do parties or any club work

In all cases of suspected HIV cases its the norm to do 3 tests with time between each to allow for incubation before someone is given the all clear, we feel sorry for the girl involved but its her duty to have the all clear the proper way rather than be rushed through so it don't inconvenience the industry.

Other girls have emailed us today Tanya with the same concerns as you & with ATIA & UKAP being silent over the mandatory condom issue its getting the models thinking why?, it needs to put it to the industry models themselves & take it from there in a democratic way.
