Sorry about your new boobs - they do look ridiculous, but if they get you more work in the short-term, good luck to you.
I would never use a girl with boobs that looked so obviously false and "un-boob-like" in shape and appearance. Surely the reason for getting a boob job is to make smallish-boobed girls look as if they had bigger boobs - yours just don't look like boobs at all.
But, it's the punters who fund the industry and if there are enough daft porn buyers who just want to see a load of whatever sticking out from a girl's chest, then you'll get work. As a photographer who values his work more than just making a few bob, I'll pass on the type of boob your surgeon has lumbered you with - sorry if that sounds cruel, it's intended to be honest and a plea to others not to deform themselves. GOOD plastic surgery is fine (Jordan being an example) but BAD surgery is a different matter.
