It's a Market even if it's not what I like. Suppose it comes down to ethics. But when did ethics play a part in porn. Now this is worth discussing. I can see the for and the against. Do they have a nervous system? It's a tough call.

Regarding rates surely it is down to each prospective model to decide if they will do the work requested, or discuss and agree to only some of the work, for the time required for the fee offered. It is fine saying for example the same amount can be earned in a night shift at a supermarket but that is no help to those who do not have that job. Ultimately surely better to earn ?100 for 6 hours plus travel time and make themselves known for more work then sit at home watching TV, surfing the net etc. earning zilch.

As to the content upto a point Clive is between a rock and a hard place.
He needs bookings not an empty studio with those booking responsible for the recorded and ultimately distributed content but I feel Clive must know and be happy that all activity can be legally carried out and recorded in the UK.

All i can say is i appreciate everyones views.
I can GENUINELY say that as many contacts both text, forum and email, have said they support the right to have free rights to shoot as they want- as those that appose it.
I can only go with those that have valid points; i can also say that a few models who have supported me have now secured work for the next 12 months; and those that have not will not be blacklisted.

Hi Emma,

Tescos doesn't pay anywhere near that much per hour on nightshift. If they did I would apply for work at tescos.

Work is hard to come across and as someone else has mentioned on here making a stand against this is all well and good but it doesn't put food on the table or pay for the winter heating costs if your low on cash.

It's just my opinion. Bear in mind nightshift work pays between 7 - 9 pounds an hour. Well it does where we work. Not anywhere close to 16 pounds. And it's taxed!! Stacking shelves and standing up all night, having to spend 1/3rd of that time outside in freezing conditions unloading lorries. I think I know what most people would prefer to do if they need the cash.

I've never worked in Tesco but I know very few places pay ?16 per hour for night shifts.

security does hun they pay ?8 per hour flat rate and after 12pm its double time my brother works there but thats beside the point.
Everyone has there rate me personally i would not be fingered arse licked and pissing and killing bugs for ?16 per hour agree that people have to start somewhere and build there portfolio but i have never worked for that amount and never will it makes the industry hard for everyone whenpeople agree to these rates . different if you are doing content share for your own website because one day you will see a return the shoot would not be so bad if it was paid ?100 + content share but its not
sorry if i have offended anyone here its just my opinion its our bodies we are selling and you should get every penny for them
