You're 43...
Reality check - it's almost impossible for guys to get into the biz, even if they are 25, 6 ft tall and with good tone.
"But there are older guys" you cry - me for one, Jim Slip for another, and of course Ben Dover.... True, but we weren't 43 when we started.
Oh yes, and production is slow at the moment too, which doesn't help any.
Cheers
And finally - PICS, PICS, PICS

Ivor - you know my views !
Having a site where the models' limits and details are clearly displayed(like LAModels) would be excellent - as would having them displayed in an easy format.
And as for locations - a "one stop shop" for an affordable variety of locations would be marvellous!
My fears (as you also know) is that we just don't have the economies of scale like the US - and few producers (myself very much included) have the return - and thus the resources - to shoot as often as they would like
Good luck!

I think the problem with a lot of agencies is that they think they can lie to the performers, lie to the clients and then when something fucks up and goes wrong they try to cover their arses....
The thing is over time people will begin to see who is making the problems and stop using the agents. Why pay someone to fail to pass on correct information or mess up a shoot when you can book the performer online....
What the industry needs is a decent agency that is honest and doesn't try to play everyone off against each other, or indeed steal wages. I'll mention no names.

Kaz, your comments is a recurring problem and what PeterVideo Extra bloke that is leading to the erosion and decay of any good business happening.
In fact, its the selfishness and lies of a lot of people in the business that is fucking it. Not just the internet and the free loaders.
I'm not against agencies per se but the level of intimacy I seek requires trust that you dont really need from pro models but everyone in it needs to understand there has to be a symbiotic harmony for it to ever work again but all Im seeing is constant bitching and fighting and that is never bad for business or conducive to girls or guys feeling sexy.
Therefore its no wonder a lot of blokes cant get wood. The bsuiness is not as fun as it used to be because everyone is psending too much time fucking each other over in the wrong way instead of sexually where it matters.

Paul I think for what it is your site is fine as it is, considering it's free and you only monitor it when you have time with everything else you have going on, I would say that it gets less hassle and alot less out of hand than others over the years, it looks after itself and I think its a great resource but what do I know lol
