You could always email them to get him removed.

Apart from reporting him to the Police, you can also report him to YOUR mobile phone service provider and they'll be able to help you stop this..!!

The police are a waste of time. I know. I've been there. Its not until I warned them if they dont do something about it that I will go round to his address and..well y'know that they decided to do something about it and said they will ignore my comments.

Went on for months and then nothing came of it. So I guess it worked
