One of the main reasons B/G was banned on PS was because of the amount of unsolicited mail models who clearly dont do this level were getting (and still do), not from legitimate producers but from guys who simply want a blowjob on the cheap. The site is still infested by these chancers which makes it all the harder for the legitimate people who want to recruit models within the rules.
Its fairly simple...
Purestorm is for glamour and lower level adult, BGAFD is for legitimate adult work of any level, Adultwork and escort sites are for everything else and PARTICULARLY those who want sexual services.
Easy....stick to the rules, you wont get banned....

That is a perfect summing up by Iain.
A lot of the girls who post on there are just starting out, and the majority only wish to work to the lower levels anyway.
A few unsolicited emails asking for higher levels and they could be put off for ever.
It also give genuine photographers a bad name

I hate purestorm.
seems 2 be one of the best sites to find new girls. i had loads of interest and all of sudden because i didnt have enough photos on their, (didnt get a warning) got kicked off.
several months later they let me back on when ive put the images on there.
Get talkin 2 a stuck up model who didnt read my profile which said i was an amateur, she complained saying i claimed to be a pro and got kicked off, over a yr later and still cant get on.
You cant make other accounts for very long cuz they have suspended or banned accounts IPs collected so they see your using it and boot you off.
Ive complained so many times and no one on there seems to help and the model who got me kicked off hasnt been using the site since.
