Melody, id recommend u look for a surgeon that also has an NHS practice as well as a private one. Better still one that works at a NHS training hospital. Not suggesting u go NHS but i believe from personal experience that these surgeons will all round give u a better result. Plus if they are deemed good enough to train junior surgeons then they must be good at what they do.

Alternatively u get these surgeons that work for Trueform that have OU or ICS diplomas in surgery. Dont even go there. A big no no is somewhere that doesnt keep u in over night after ur surgery. They are obviously a production line and not interested in ur welfare.

best of luck.

If you are going to go for it, go for one that still looks natural.

If you look on LA Models direct on the web, some of the tits on there are ridiculous. Huge isn't beautiful.

But to look at a couple of Brit girls that have had done and look fantastic.

Well I am also one who has suffered the rath of childbirth and I have been playing with the idea for ages. My bobbs are not anywhere near as good as yours so I would probably benefit more from the surgery! I'm just sceptical on how well it can be done and if it will look out of proportion.

Would love new boobs though, would make me feel so much better about my figure!

Lauren - I've also suffered from the wrath of childbirth - ok it was my wife lol, but it's me that's been seriously hurt in the pocket these past 14 years, and still no end in sight!! Stop putting yourself down - there's nothing wrong with your figure - I should know better than anyone !wink! !wink!

Hi Everyone,

Sandy makes a really great point here about choosing the right surgeon. There's alot of information out there from reputable organisations such as the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, which arose out of the British Medical Council and Royal College of Surgeons. They have some good advice for people at the initial stages of considering cosmetic surgery, as well as help in finding good, accredited surgeons locally to you:

If you have already selected someone, you can check their credentials here:

They have to be registered with the GMC to be licensed to practice medicine here so if they're not there, you should definitely check more deeply.

Good luck!

I know it's a bit childish but I can't help but snigger that the Plastic Surgeons decided to call their professional body "BAAPS" (yes, they do pronounce it "baps")
