ok you have to go through the help pages. BUT, go to any help page type in your stuff 'remembering to copy it' then it will come up with a 'we have search results relating to your problem' click on the 'not covered' - or something like that and it will say do you want to send still and say yes. Its defo something like that but you have to click out of the 'we have search results relating to your problem' for the send email? box to come up. Persevere, they're slippery bastards to get hold of but they do respond to you really quickly.

I always get a reply, when my stuff ends up on there.

They are usually quite abrupt, and generally take the opinion that, the person whose page the stuff is on, has to prove they own it, NOT the person complaining, so profiles usually vanish within a day or 2 then a day after they mail you.
